Our legal team has thoroughly analyzed the new U.S.C. 2257 Amendments that are set to take affect on Thursday, June 23, 2005 and Bling Bucks can assure it's webmasters that Pornstar.com, our mega portal site, is fully compliant with the new U.S.C. 2257 regulations.

For the legal and safe immunity of our webmasters, we ask that our webmasters read below and comply to the  minimal changes, if any, to our services:

Free Hosted Galleries
Every hosted gallery that is hosted on our domains in reference to all photography, downloadable or streaming videos is fully compliant with the revised 2257 regulations.   Webmasters may freely continue to promote this marketing tool without changes.

BlingBucks has doubled it's efforts to continue providing more high quality hosted galleries - also to be fully compliant.

Free Hosted Banners
All "sexually-explicit" banners will be removed from the BlingBucks.com affiliate area.   Any webmaster that has downloaded and is using them on their sites will be required to remove them by Thursday, June 23, 2005.   Also, for the convenience of all webmaster that are currently using our free hosted banners, we will replace your banners with fresh new ones that will be compliant.

Non "sexually-explicit" banners may continue to be used by our webmasters without any changes - hosted or downloaded.   New non "sexually-explicit" banners will be available very soon.

Free Downloadable Content
"Sexually-Explicit" downloadable content will be required to be removed from the webmaster's domain (web site URL) by Thursday, June 23, 2005.

Although we are in possession and manage the records for this content with our partnering adult film studios, it is concluded that it is in the best interest and safety of the performing  models that these records are not to be re-distributed to any 3rd party record holders.   We apologize for any inconveniences however due to the requirements and restrictions of the new 2257 regulations (how unfair they may seem),  we will not jeopardize the safety of it's members if their records should fall into criminal and/or harmful individuals.

Non "sexually-explicit" downloadable content,  predominantly model photo shoots,  may continue to be used by our webmasters without any violation of the new 2257 regulations.   BlingBucks is now diligently in the works to providing more non "sexually-explicit" content for it's webmasters.
